ORDERING
We would like to maintain a continuous personal relationship with our customers. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your order from Rumiano Farms, you may return it postage paid within 15 days of purchase and we
will resend your order or refund your money. All customers
understand and agree that all purchases from Rumiano Farms are taking
place at the farm in Tehama County, California. Prices and
availability are subject to change.
How
to Make an Order
To
place an order online, simply go to the item you would like to
purchase. Click on "Add to Basket". This will
put 1 item in your shopping cart and you will be taken to the
"View Cart" page. This is where you can increase
the quantity of the items in your shopping cart. Simply type in
the number (quantity) that you would like and click on the "Adjust"
button. This will update your order quantity. You can also hit
the "Delete" button to delete each item. You then have
the option to "Continue Shopping" which brings you back
to the last page you were on, or you may "Check Out" and
proceed with the purchase. Orders are processed on our secure
server.
Payment Options
Payment in full is required to
fulfill an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, an American Express. Returned Check Charge on personal check orders will be an additional $25.00 charge and orders will be canceled or held until payment is made by certified check or money order.
Sales Tax
There
is no sales tax on food items in the state of California. Our Alfalfa
buyers must sign a certificate indicating the Alfalfa will be used in the
production of food for human consumption.

SHIPPING
Our shipping method is UPS.
Shipping charges vary according to location. All items are shipped
directly from our farm in Vina, California.
International Shipping
There is an additional $10.00 shipping charge for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and
FPO/APO addresses.
